Business Analysis

What is business analysis? Business analysis is about making changes to create more value. It’s about growing and enabling change. Business analysis is the set of tasks used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of an organization, and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

A business analyst understands the organization’s vision and then does research to determine how to get there. They will do a fit-gap analysis. They understand users’ needs. The users are, for example, employees and volunteers of the business. They are able to communicate these needs to others that don’t understand all of the technical jargon, and don’t need to know all of the technical jargon.

Change

One type of change that has been happening since Covid-19, is the emphasis on working from home. Is this possible and if so, do the employees have access to the information they need to do their jobs. Another type of change is the increasing number of kiosks available.
