Communicating You Findings

Having the ability to communicate in multiple formats is a key skill to have. Listening, speaking, presenting and writing will help you and the project succeed.

Four Important Questions

Before you communicate your findings back to the project stakeholders, you could as these four key questions. After asking these questions and providing answers, think about the best way or ways to communicate the information.

  • Who is your audience?
  • What do they already know?
  • What do they need to know?
  • How can you best communicate what they need to know?
