Once you have created account at MailChimp, you can review some of your settings. After logging in, click on the icon in the upper right corner. Click Account & Billing.

The menu has Overview, Settings, Billing, Domains, Extras, Integrations, and Shop New Plans.

Click Overview. In Overview page, it shows which type of plan you have any any issues you may have.

In the Settings menu click on Details. Scroll down to the Help Us Improve Your Stats section and answer the questions. Choose your industry and how many employees in your organization and how old your organization is.

In the Billing drop-down menu choose Monthly plans or credits.
