What the first step? The book called Social Entrepreneurship: What Everyone Needs to Know by David Bornstein and Susan Davis on page 123 says: “The first step for anyone embarking on a career in the field of social entrepreneurship is to determine what you have always cared about. I have put together a list of some of the things I have always cared about and I’ve included it at the bottom of this post.
Here are some of the things I have always cared about: education & learning, other people, equality, games of chance, numbers and amounts, data & information, math calculators and computers, communicating information through charts and graphs, the environment, science and science fiction, music, building things, carpentry and wood, finding out how things work and how things are made, and other things.
