Settings

In your Outlook Calendar, the first thing you could do is set your working days and hours. Here below is a screenshot of Settings. I changed the hours from an 8 am start to a 9 am start.

Settings Outlook's Calendar

You can add week numbers to your calendar, as well as time zones. For the week numbers, go to Settings, Calendar and View. Check the check box for adding week numbers.

Viewing Calendars Together

You can view in overlay mode and have two or more calendars be seen as one calendar with the appointments combined. Go to the View tab at he top (while looking at the Calendar) and click the Overlay button.
