Converting your Excel file to PDF can be a bit tricky when you have a large Excel file because of the formatting such as page breaks, page numbering and other formatting options. There are 3 ways to do this in Excel. You don’t need to download any special tools or programs to save your Excel file and sheets to PDF.

On the other side, we can import a table in a PDF file to Excel. How can we do that? Power Query. First, open an Excel file. Go to the Data tab at the top. Click Get Data (on the left at the top), Get PDF, select your PDF, and notice that you can pick from a list all of the different tables in the PDF, select a table, Load To, and select the Only Create Connection (for now), click OK, and finally you probable will want to rename the connection over on the right-hand side under Queries and Connections.
