The new Excel FILTER function is one of the new dynamic arrays that are available in Microsoft 365.

The FILTER function allows you to filter a range of data based on criteria you define. The FILTER function is a dynamic array function that spills. You can return results from multiple criteria. This is similar to using AND in a WHERE clause in SQL. In Excel, we use the multiplication operator instead of AND. Use Excel’s addition operator to specify an OR condition.
