Contact Form 7 is a WordPress plugin. It’s one of the most popular plugins for creating contact forms and it is free. When you install and activate it you will see on the Dashboard menu the item “Contact”. There are three submenus: Contact Forms, Add New and Integration.

When you create a new form by clicking Add New, and give it a name, you will automatically get a form layout with name, email, subject and message. You can edit and change it to include other fields as well. Once you are happy with the layout and content you can create a Contact Us page and copy in the shortcode associated with that conytact form you just created. It will be similar to the code below except that it will have square brackets around it, a different id number and a different title.

Quiz

With this quiz feature, you can do it by using question/answer testing with simple text that you have the flexibility to create. It an alternative to captcha which can be difficult to read sometimes.

Success Redirects

There is a plugin you can use to redirect the user to a page in WordPress if they have successfully filled in the form. It is called Contact Form 7 – Success Page Redirects.
